1. Please be advised that Recomp.in or its parent concern “RECOMP” is a marketing and distribution company and not a manufacturer.

2. We certify that our registration certificate under the TNGST Act of 1959 is active on the date when the sale of the product mentioned in this Bill/Cash memo/Invoice is conducted in the regular course of our business.

3. Once the goods leave our warehouse, our responsibility for the product ends.

4. We acknowledge all products’ proper GST invoicing, and we do not supply products without an invoice. If you need your company’s GST No., please indicate it in the comment box located during your order, and please provide your company’s 3-page GST certificate for the GST invoice.
5. We would like to highlight some important points regarding cancellations and modifications of orders, as well as the usage and warranty of our products. We kindly request that you take note of these terms and conditions to help us serve you better.

6. In case of any cancellations, a convenience fee will be charged based on the timing of cancellation and whether the order has been shipped or not. Orders that have already been shipped will carry a higher fee. Similarly, any modifications requested after shipping will also incur a charge. These fees will be adjusted from the refund amount.

7. For orders paid through Bajaj EMI, a cancellation fee of 5% will be charged. Please keep this in mind while placing your order.

8. Additionally, we would like to inform you that the materials we sell are spares and components for computers, and may not form a complete system unless specified as a “New PC System.” Lastly, any products purchased for special usage in abnormal environments must be informed to us at the time of purchase to avoid warranty issues.
9. Customers cannot be absolved of responsibility for lack of knowledge regarding the terms and conditions.

10. Defective or damaged gaming chairs will be eligible for part replacement only; refunds will not be granted for gaming chair purchases.

11. In the case of “Dead on Arrival” products, the buyer must ensure that all product parts and accessories are present in the box upon receipt. Failure to do so will result in non-acceptance as a DOA case, and the matter will be addressed under RMA.

12. Warranty will not cover physical damage, mishandling of products, or tampering with warranty stickers. All products we sell require installation by a technically qualified PC Hardware engineer.

13. Recomp.in reserves the right to cancel orders related to price or stock issues.

14. The court at SHILLONG, MEGHALAYA shall have exclusive jurisdiction for settling any disputes that arise as a result of this sale contract.


Warranty & RMA

We would like to inform you about our carry-in warranty service, which covers all the products sold by us. In the unlikely event that you need to RMA a product outside our policy window, please keep in mind that both side shipping charges need to be paid by the buyer. We kindly ask you to note that on-site warranty is only applicable if it falls within the brand’s reach area. In case your area is not covered under the brand’s warranty policy, your warranty service will change to carry-in service.

We are pleased to offer shipping service for shipping RMA products back to your doorstep. However, we want to bring to your attention that we do not provide insurance for any damage caused during transit. Hence, we would like to inform you that we are not liable for any damages caused in similar situations.

We request all our valued customers to send a copy of our invoice for warranty purposes when they face any service problem with our products. Please make sure that products are in good physical condition, as no warranty repair/replacement will be entertained for products that are broken/burnt, have pen/pencil markings, cracks, missing/tampered components/warranty stickers damaged.

Please note that the warranty clause is void for damage caused due to mishandling of equipment. The warranty is only against manufacturing defects, as per the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Additionally, we reserve the right to reject material received for warranty without accessories, manuals, software CD/DVDs & outer box packing.

Lastly, it is important to mention that this service (RMA/WARRANTY CLAIM) is not a guaranteed service for a lifetime. We have the right to revoke this service without any prior notice, and we will not be held accountable for any inconvenience caused. We believe this information will be helpful to our customers when availing of our warranty service.
