Cancellation Policy

That’s why we have a thorough Cancellation and Refund Policy that ensures hassle-free and transparent processes for our valued customers. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, which is why it’s important for you to know the details of our policy.


To cancel an order, we provide several convenient options. You can simply place a request from the order panel or reach out to us via email or phone. However, it’s important to note that if you request a refund, the convenience fee charged on your order is non-refundable (if there is any). But, don’t worry – if we cancel your order, we’ll refund you the complete amount.


We know that refunds are an important part of the process. That’s why we initiate them only after receiving the product in the same condition as it was shipped to you. If you have any product-related complaints that come with a warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly. At RECOMP, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service.


Return/Refund Policy

Our Return and Refund Policy ensures customer satisfaction in every transaction. If the product we deliver is in a damaged condition, wrong, faulty, or defective, you may request for a return/refund. Kindly inform us through email or phone so we can assist you accordingly.


Please note that returned items must be in their original packaging and complete with all accessories. Packaging material should be kept by the buyer until the return window is opened to ensure proper and safe packing to avoid damage during transit.


Please be reminded that any missing part or accessory from the product box, or if the seal is broken without any fault, the request for return/refund will be automatically cancelled.


Further, please ensure that you do not apply tapes or glues directly on the product or on the product box, and please be reminded that all accessories delivered along with the product should be returned in the same manner they were received, along with the product.


Please note that refunds made through our payment gateway will be refunded in the same account used for payment. For BANK TRANSFER and COD orders, refunds will only be done in the buyer’s bank account.


Customers can return products at no additional charge within 7 days of delivery.


We will process refunds within 2 business days of receiving any returned items, regardless of whether the original order was prepaid or placed as a cash-on-delivery transaction.
